Installation and commissioning of systems
We assist our customers and partners at every stage, from conception, through documentation, installation, commissioning, inspection and acceptance.
We do not carry out electrical installations - wiring, although we are always happy to provide advice and adequate wiring diagrams.
Object-oriented service
Inspection and recalibration services are carried out by our service teams as well as by authorised service providers, always at the site of the gas detection system, i.e. at the customer's premises. We maintain system documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ATEXQ. Contractually-bound regular and key customers do not need to remember inspection dates and necessary recalibrations.
Mobile instrument service
We continue to service and repair portable detectors or gas meters by issuing calibration certificates to friendly companies and installers.
We only deal with detectors with an open replacement and calibration protocol.
Training
Building a network of authorised service centres, we provide selected companies with a manufacturer's recommendation following free training.
Training is provided by the most experienced engineers, both in terms of theory and principles of gas detection, as well as
and practical training in installation, operation, inspection and recalibration. We also offer training for electrical and sanitary designers, which significantly improves the quality and professionalism of the documentation they produce.
