Mobilne Systemy detekcji gazów Pro-Service®
Pro-Service® mobile gas detection systems are designed for use wherever periodic monitoring of dangerous (toxic, flammable) gas concentrations is required, and the nature of the premises or work performed makes it uneconomical or unjustified to use permanently mounted equipment. Typically, such systems can be used in experimental, research and industrial laboratories. In production facilities where there is frequent change of production, relocation of machinery, change of the function of the premises, or temporary use of the premises (e.g. during cyclical storage of various hazardous substances). In areas where hazards are only foreseen during specific hazardous activities, etc.
The offered solution includes a set of devices, together with cabling enabling the transfer of system elements (control panels, detectors) independently by the User, while maintaining the conditions for which the system was intended.
Requirements and conditions for placing an order
When placing an order, it is necessary to:
- Specify in detail the purpose and method of use.
- Specify the conditions in which it will be used (presence of explosive gas zones, degree of dust, humidity, temperature range, to which the connecting cables will be exposed....
- Specify the concentrations of which gases will be monitored.
- Specify which output functions the system should perform.
- Suggest the number of measurement points.
Once the above information has been obtained, Pro-Service® will, usually after an on-site visit, provide a quotation for a complete system, including accessories to enable its full functionality for stand-alone use.
Notes:
1. mobile systems require the same periodic inspection and calibration as stationary systems.
